About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead ServiceNow Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Shared Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications that support Corporate Risk Technology.

Your primary focus will be on configuring and customizing ServiceNow GRC products to meet the needs of our business stakeholders. You will work closely with senior engineers and architects to ensure that solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with defined standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new features for our ServiceNow applications, ensuring they meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC products to meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to ensure that solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with defined standards and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of features.
  • Maintain depth of technical understanding of third-party/cloud solutions.
  • Evaluate technical impacts from and coordinate implementation of new product releases.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow application development experience in building, implementing and maintaining platform technologies, workflows and integrations
  • 5+ years of JavaScript development experience
  • 3 + years of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring
  • 2+ years of ServiceNow GRC application experience
Desired Qualifications
  • An industry-standard technology certification
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Agile experience
  • One or more of the following ServiceNow certifications: (CSA) Certified Systems Administrator, (CIS) Certified Implementation Specialist, or (CAD) Certified Application Developer
  • Risk and finance regulatory reporting experience
  • 3+ years of experience working on risk applications
