Job Title: Sr. Analyst, Card

The Corporate Card and Expense Team at Tesla is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and reporting on the company's corporate card spend, audit findings, and ad hoc requests.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer expense and auditing system configurations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and present monthly reports on corporate card spend, audit findings, and ad hoc requests to stakeholders.
  • Assist with fraud or expense audits/investigations to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Participate in special projects, collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure proper connections to/from the expense system and other systems are functioning correctly.
  • Support the team with expense administration, implementation, and management of corporate cards, system configurations, audit rule setup, and custom report development.
  • Contribute to day-to-day activities, including solving customer service issues, account reconciliations, cardholder delinquency, escalations, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of related analytical experience.
  • Experience working in Concur.
  • Critical thinking skills related to policy enforcement and compliance.
  • Project management and collaboration skills with multiple teams.
  • Experience with Excel Power Query, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Solution-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly accurate and detail-oriented.
