Clinic Classroom Education Specialist

Education Specialists are responsible for educating, inspiring, mentoring, and guiding all Future Professionals in their technical and customer service abilities, while crafting exceptional learning experiences in the clinic classroom through objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning hubs.

What We Seek

The ideal candidate will have a broad spectrum of skincare expertise and experience, prior teaching experience, and familiarity with Paul Mitchell products. A passion for educating, motivating, mentoring, and guiding Future Professionals, as well as inspiring them in all clinic classroom methodologies, is essential. This role demands proficiency in effective communication, interpersonal skills, professional development, and teamwork.

Required Skills/Competencies:
  • Preferred experience in teaching at an esthetics institution
  • Valid Esthetician License
  • Exceptional organizational, coaching, and communication abilities
  • Skills in supervision, collaboration, documentation, and return on investment
  • Solid employment history with verifiable references
  • Genuine passion for the beauty sector
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Familiarity with Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical frameworks is preferred
