Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in thermoforming operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and management.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
