Job Title: NICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. As a NICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit.

Job Summary:

The NICU Registered Nurse will work in a fast-paced environment, providing direct and specialized care to newborns requiring close monitoring due to premature birth, birth defects, infection, or other medical conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatal care and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and specialized care to newborns in the NICU
  • Develop and implement a plan of care for high-risk newborns requiring high-technology care
  • Work collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Assist in developing and implementing a plan of care for newborns requiring surgery or therapy
Requirements:
  • Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care NICU setting
  • Active RN License
  • BLS, PALS, & NRP Certifications
  • Degree from accredited nursing program
