Job Title: NICU Registered Nurse PRN Nights

At Baylor Scott & White Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team on a PRN basis, working nights. As a NICU RN, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides high-quality care to critically ill newborns and their families.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in unit-based councils and shared governance to improve patient outcomes and enhance the work environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures.
About the Unit:

The NICU at Baylor Scott & White Health is a Level II designated unit, providing care to critically ill newborns. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:
  • 5 years of Level 3 NICU experience.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
