About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Automation QA professional to join our Platform development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for validating the functionality of our Web Applications, API Endpoints, Offer Management System, and Salesforce against business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our web applications and API endpoints.
  • Collaborate with software developers and product teams to triage bugs and resolve issues.
  • Participate in team standups, sprint planning, and other meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that newly implemented enhancements function as intended post-deployment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience testing all phases of QA efforts required to execute web application implementation projects successfully.
  • Experience using Postman Software for API testing.
  • Salesforce testing experience (various clouds).
  • Thorough understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum development and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
