Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage incoming calls and inquiries, utilizing established procedures and resources to assist patients, providers, and staff effectively.
  2. Perform initial patient registration for appointments, ensuring the collection of complete and current patient and insurance information.
  3. Direct complex inquiries to appropriate healthcare providers or management for resolution.

Qualifications:
