Relationship Banker II

At Regions Bank, we are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker II to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with expert financial guidance and solutions to meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with customers to understand their financial goals and objectives, and provide personalized recommendations for Regions' products and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand existing customer relationships and acquire new ones, through proactive outreach and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, and educate customers on how Regions' solutions can help them achieve their financial goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
- Stay organized and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
- 1+ year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Life insurance license or other relevant certifications.
