About the Role

At Regions Bank, we're seeking a skilled Relationship Banker II to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers and prospects to understand their financial goals and provide guidance on Regions' products and services.
  • Conduct outbound phone calls to expand existing customer relationships and acquire new ones.
  • Educate customers on Regions' Consumer and Business products and services, including loan and deposit options.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistent and optimal banking experience.
  • Resolve customer issues and refer complex financial goals to internal experts.
  • Follow all bank processes and procedures, adhering to applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
  • Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to use a computer and type with sustained attention.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Life Insurance License.
  • One year of cash-handling, banking, and/or customer service experience.
