Job Summary

FIRST RF is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support, managing social media, and coordinating talent acquisition efforts.

  • Support the team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Coordinate talent acquisition efforts, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • 0-5 years' experience
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
  • Possess strong written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities
