Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care as an LPN, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
- Conduct intakes and document patient health concerns and medical histories
- Review patient medical records and charts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Administer medications and verify dosages
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients
- Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
- Follow and adhere to care plans for patients
- Provide support and training to medical staff as needed
- Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of an approved LPN educational program
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduation from an approved LPN educational training program
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role
- Competitive hourly pay rate of up to $58
