Job Summary:

As a Phlebotomist with All Medical Personnel, you will play a vital role in the healthcare team by collecting and processing blood samples for laboratory testing. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Collect blood samples from patients using various techniques, including venipuncture and capillary puncture.

Label and process specimens according to established protocols and procedures.

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of specimens to the laboratory for testing.

Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and laboratory staff to ensure smooth specimen collection and processing.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.

Requirements:

Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed.

Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.

Reliable transportation with at least 4 years of licensed driving experience and a valid driver's license issued in the state of residence.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

High School Diploma or GED.
