Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining an active Infection Control program, including the implementation of policies and procedures to prevent the spread of infections.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure that infection control practices are followed and that patients receive the best possible care.
  • Providing education and training to staff on infection control practices and procedures.
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure that infection control practices are being followed.
Requirements:
  • Current, valid state RN/LPN license.
  • Current, valid CPR certification.
  • Wound Care Certification (WCC).
  • Infection Preventionist certification.
