Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests to and from the Santa Barbara Airport, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival, providing assistance with luggage as needed
  • Perform daily inspections on assigned equipment, reporting any safety issues to the Operations Manager
  • Transport passengers via a fixed route with scheduled pick-up and drop-off locations
  • Maintain a clean and safe Shuttle at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries in a courteous manner
  • Record passenger numbers and complete daily reporting as required
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Previous commercial driving experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests
  • Operate commercial vehicles requiring normal coordination
