Key Responsibilities:

As a RN Primary Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized patient care, supporting the provider's practice by performing clinical duties, and assisting in the coordination of patient care. Your communication, conduct, and performance should support the clinics' efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate patient care needs, suggesting solutions to patient care problems and complaints.

Identify and recommend solutions to departmental problems.

Assist in assessing departmental function and productivity, recommending changes as necessary.

Assess patient/family learning needs and coordinate and carry out teaching plans.

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health.

Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross).

Preferred Qualification:

2+ years of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
