Nurse Practitioner

As a Registered Nurse in our Primary Care team, you will provide high-quality patient care to our patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care to our patients, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and providing education and support to patients and families.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing wound care
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1 year of nursing experience in a primary care setting
