Campus Engagement Representative

Position Overview
The role of the Campus Engagement Representative is essential in promoting the vibrant community at Pace University. This position seeks enthusiastic undergraduate student representatives who can effectively share their experiences and insights about university life.
We aim to recruit individuals with a variety of academic backgrounds, professional experiences, and extracurricular activities that showcase the diverse opportunities available at Pace University. The ideal candidates are those who genuinely enjoy discussing their positive journeys as students.
This role supports the Admissions department in attracting and enrolling a talented and diverse cohort of prospective first-year and transfer students.
Work Schedule
Shifts are available during the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM. The specific schedule will be coordinated with the supervisor, with a maximum of 20 hours per week during the academic term and up to 35 hours per week during breaks.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- Must be a full-time, degree-seeking undergraduate student.
- Must maintain a QPA of 2.7 or higher.
- Must be in good standing with the Office of Student Life.
- Must possess strong customer service, organizational, and communication/public speaking skills.
- Must be personable and outgoing in both small and large group settings, as well as through virtual platforms.
- Must be comfortable engaging with new individuals.
- Must be self-motivated and a collaborative team player.
- Must have a positive perspective on Pace University.
