Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Process Optimization Specialist to drive improvement in our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in identifying areas for enhancement, maintaining product quality, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze problems and implement effective solutions
  • Design and develop detailed layouts for equipment, workflows, and processes
  • Research and develop new manufacturing techniques, products, and equipment
  • Develop and implement cost-saving measures and quality control systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Maintain documentation and prepare reports on research and activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably with knowledge of machining processes
  • Familiarity with CAD, CAM, ERP, data analysis software, and related tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical thinking
