Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement safe work practices during the construction of prefabricated metal buildings.
  • Collaborate with the foreman and fellow team members to execute tasks efficiently.
  • Engage in steel framing, wall sheeting, and insulation installation.
  • Handle roofing tasks, including the installation of trim and gutters.
  • Enhance your trade knowledge and skills continuously.
  • Learn to interpret blueprints effectively.
  • Operate heavy machinery such as scissor lifts, forklifts, and boom lifts.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in the steel construction industry is essential, with preference for those familiar with both structural steel and pre-engineered metal buildings.
  • Willingness to travel for projects across various locations.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • OSHA 10/30 training is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Comfort with working at heights is necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with team members and clients.
  • Must maintain a drug-free status and be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation to job sites is essential.
  • Possession of personal tools is a plus, though not required.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed. Benefits: Includes travel per diem with lodging, performance bonuses, 401k matching, paid time off, and holidays.
