About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Eagle Ridge Post Acute. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their maximum potential and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients within 24 hours of physician referral and develop effective treatment plans
  • Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per OT Board
  • Assist nursing department with training of Restorative Aides
  • Instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance programs and caregiver training
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, preferably from a Masters or Doctorate program
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program by NBCOT
  • Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs like Casamba/Net Health and Point Click Care
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state and meet continuing education requirements
