4. **Inventory Management:** Maintain optimal inventory levels, coordinate purchasing plans, and liaise with suppliers to achieve sales objectives.
5. **Cross-Training Initiatives:** Implement cross-training programs to ensure staff versatility and sustained productivity.
6. **Cost Management:** Monitor and control operational costs to uphold profitability while maintaining service excellence.
7. **Store Presentation:** Ensure the store environment is consistently clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
8. **Staff Recruitment & Training:** Hire and train new employees as necessary to maintain a high level of customer service.
Job Types:

Compensation:
Hourly wage of $23.00
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year in customer service is required.
Shift Details:
