Your responsibilities will include overseeing and assessing pharmaceutical applications for patient treatment, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications.
Job Responsibilities- Interpret and manage medication orders while providing therapeutic guidance
- Evaluate drug therapy plans and suggest alternatives as necessary
- Support clinical services and document medication discrepancies
Work Schedule: 11am-7:30pm or 11:30am-8pm
Qualifications:- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Prior experience in a hospital setting is preferred
- Valid Pharmacist license with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP)
- Certification in Sterile Products (IV) preparation
