This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System in Seattle, WA. As an LPN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care to our nation's heroes.


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care to patients with various physical and/or behavioral problems.


Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to RNs or MDs.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patients' needs and preferences.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Citizenship: Citizen of the United States.
  • Education: Graduate of a school of practical or vocational nursing approved by the appropriate State agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC).
  • Licensure: Full, active, current and unrestricted licensure as a licensed practical or vocational nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the United States, or District of Columbia.
