What We Offer Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):Competitive Pay: $34-$38/hourWeekly Pay & Direct DepositBenefits & Incentives: Fitness reimbursement, medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and continuing education opportunitiesTuition Discounts: Available through Rasmussen UniversityPaid OrientationLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:Administer medications, treatments, and inoculations according to physician orders and within scopeAssist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and provide comfort care in accordance with each patient's care planDocument assessments, care activities, and patient responses accurately and promptly in the patient recordCoordinate with healthcare professionals to develop and maintain individualized patient care plansConduct routine patient screenings and assessments, such as TB screeningDemonstrate compassion and patience when working with patients in a Skilled Nursing FacilityLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Details:Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) focused on providing high-quality long-term and short-term patient careLocation: Bellevue, WAContract Type: Per Diem (flexible shifts)Shift Schedule: Night shifts available, with options for additional shiftsQualifications:Education: Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent requiredLicensure: Current unrestricted LPN license in WA stateCertification: Current BLS certification requiredExperience: SNF or long-term care experience preferredTwo positive work referencesMust pass background check and drug screeningAbility to work in a smoke-free, drug-free environment; non-smoker preferredWho We Are:
