At Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores, we're committed to providing exceptional customer service and driving sales success in our Truck Care facilities. As a Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in leading our sales team and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a safe and clean facility, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Greet customers, address their vehicle service needs, and document issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide detailed repair cost estimates, sales promotions, and obtain necessary approvals and payments.
- Keep customers updated on vehicle status and provide comprehensive explanations of completed work.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 6 months of experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean safety record.
- Pass a drug screening and medical exam as per regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
- Exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and ensuring satisfaction by managing operations and employee-vehicle deployment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective teamwork skills.
- Regular talking and hearing.
- Active involvement requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
- Frequent lifting/moving of items over 75 pounds.
