About the Position

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team for a full-time position at an elementary school in Cincinnati, OH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten to 8th grade.
  • Manage a caseload of 30-40 students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' academic and social development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of students' progress and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and planning.
  • Provide training and resources to school staff and parents on strategies to support students' speech and language development.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Ohio.
  • Experience working with elementary school students preferred.
  • Strong understanding of speech and language disorders and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care.
