Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Manage Staff: Schedule staff according to business forecasts, payroll budget guidelines, and productivity requirements.
  • Performance Reviews and Development: Oversee performance reviews, training, and development of all staff to achieve service quality standards.
  • Self-Parking Operations: Manage all aspects of self-parking operations, including guest interaction and shift coverage.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain supplies and inventories on an as-needed basis or at a minimum monthly par.
  • Team Motivation and Guest Satisfaction: Motivate Attendant team members and establish a productive working environment at each location. Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to those guests who require follow-up.
  • Reporting and Communication: Analyze reports and communicate information to staff and appropriate locations. Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner, taking appropriate action to resolve matters.
  • Client Relationships: Work closely with all client departments to ensure groups and special functions are handled smoothly.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training efforts and continually assess the progress of all staff in technical and service excellence skills.
  • Client Communication: Correspond with clients in a consistent manner, reporting financial results and operational overview.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Travel: 15-50% (to be determined)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Management Experience: Minimum 1 year of management experience
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team-Building Skills: Strong team-building skills and the ability to motivate others
  • Collaboration: Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate
  • Responsibility: Willingness to take responsibility and act independently when necessary
  • Driver's License: Valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass PMC's background check
  • Cell Phone Use: Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes
