Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Smart Foodservice Stores LLC. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Assist with sales and inventory tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6-12 months of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using general office equipment.
