About the Role

Camping World is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer receives a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
  • Lead the sales team and assist/mentor colleagues to achieve sales goals
  • Consistently promote company programs, including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including stocking and performing general housekeeping duties
  • Cross-train to perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
  • Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
Compensation

The pay range for this role considers several factors, including skill sets, experience, and training. At Camping World, we offer competitive pay, with a reasonable estimate of the current range being $14.00-$16.33 hourly. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and more.
