As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Christus Health, you will play a critical role in coordinating and performing diagnostic medical imaging procedures utilizing radiopharmaceutical and medical imaging equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and perform diagnostic medical imaging procedures
- Adhere to standards for radiation safety and waste separation and disposal
- Document daily calibrations, flood films, and quality control tests
- Perform periodic quality control tests and document according to hospital policies
- Demonstrate adherence to the CORE Values of CHRISTUS Health
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a clinical nuclear medicine setting
- 2 years of experience in a clinical Radiology setting preferred
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist registration from ARRT or NMTCB required
