We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Northpoint Asset Management. This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as a detail-oriented mindset.

Northpoint Asset Management is a full-service property management company that specializes in managing long-term single and multifamily rental homes. We have 40+ office locations across the US and manage both commercial and residential real estate for thousands of clients.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $25 and $30 per hour, based on the location and requirements of the job. Additionally, we offer opportunities for professional growth and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas of residential construction, including plumbing/sewer, electrical, HVAC, drywall, paint, carpentry, masonry, roofing, and excavation.
  • Complete tasks efficiently and in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines.
  • Assist with project management activities such as job scoping, estimating, and material procurement.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.
  • Utilize basic knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms for documentation and communication purposes.
  • Demonstrate the ability to organize and manage multiple job locations simultaneously.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain a clean, professional demeanor at all times, representing the company's values and standards.
  • Possess a reliable truck and personal tools necessary for the job.
  • Previous experience in residential construction and maintenance is required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and result-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to handle multiple job locations and tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
