Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our construction projects in the Central Florida Area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of commercial or municipal construction project management experience and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage small to large-sized construction projects ($25,000-$12,000,000) with precision and attention to detail.
  • Evaluate and estimate projects with clients to ensure accurate cost projections.
  • Develop and present estimates to clients, highlighting value-added services and potential cost savings.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining strict adherence to budget targets.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Ensure job sites remain safe and clean at all times, meeting OSHA standards.
  • Coordinate permitting and purchase order processes efficiently.
  • Schedule contractors effectively to maintain project schedules.
  • Prepare pay applications and associated paperwork for payment.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Document project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Perform duties in a professional manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial or municipal construction project management experience.
  • Strong project management skills and self-motivation.
  • Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills.
  • Deadline-oriented and detail-focused.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred).

Compensation: $55,000-$95,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
