We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Peachtree Packaging & Display. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing daily, weekly, and monthly PMs for all process and manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with continuous improvement planning and execution to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment, and making minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with the maintenance engineer and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Work with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industrial machinery and automation systems.
- Technical/Associates Degree or higher in an Engineering or Mechatronics field preferred.
- HS Diploma/GED required.
- Strong knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Employer-paid basic life & long-term disability insurance.
