Job Summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our Oncology team. As a key member of our nursing operations, you will provide direct patient care and supervise the nursing staff on your unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and supervision to nursing staff on your unit

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with one year of nursing experience in Oncology or Critical Care

• Associates Degree with three years' clinical experience or Bachelor's in Nursing with two years' clinical experience

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to set priorities and make clinical decisions

• Certified in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and other certifications as required by the department

Preferred Qualifications

• Successful completion of a management course prior to appointment or within six months of employment

Work Hours and Weekend Requirements

7P-7A, with weekend requirements as needed
