Electronics Assembler Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembler to join our team at The Temp Connection. As an Electronics Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the sub-assembly and final assembly of printed circuit boards and electronics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Assemble Circuit Boards: You will be responsible for preparing and assembling circuit boards to full electronic assemblies, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
  • Meet Quality Assurance Standards: You must perform assignments according to company quality assurance standards, recognizing and addressing any errors or discrepancies in documentation.
  • Follow Safety Protocols: You will be expected to follow safety protocols while maintaining quick and accurate work, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Interpret Production Documents: You will interpret and understand production documents and drawings to complete tasks, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Other Duties: You may be assigned other duties as required, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1+ years' experience as an electronics assembler is required, with a strong background in soldering and electromechanical assembly.
  • Technical Skills: You must be able to read and understand complex circuit board diagrams/blueprints, with experience in soldering and electromechanical assembly according to parts lists and circuit board diagrams.
  • Knowledge: You must be familiar with electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, etc., and have knowledge or certification in IPC-A-610, J-STD001.
  • Equipment Familiarity: You should have experience with laboratory equipment such as multimeters.

Working Hours: 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday

Pay Range: $15-18/hr depending on experience
