Essential Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid RN license in California
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
- Proficiency in the English language
Additional Requirements:
- AHA Basic Life Support certification
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a dynamic work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Recent experience in an Acute Care environment
- Bilingual communication skills
- Certification in a specialized area of nursing practice
Incentives: Eligible for a sign-on bonus for candidates with over one year of experience in an acute care hospital setting. Bonus payments are distributed in increments over a specified period.
Compensation: Minimum pay rate of $46.93, with a maximum of $72.12.
