We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Care Professional to join our team at Taylor Dental & Braces - a Benevis company. As an Associate Dentist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dental care to children and adults in our community.

Our practice has a strong focus on teamwork and patient care, with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider. We also offer ongoing training and support to help our providers grow and develop in their careers.

Job Summary

This is a Regular Part-Time position, working Friday/Saturday (8AM - 5PM). As an Associate Dentist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing dental services to patients with the support of your team
  • Conducting exams, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans
  • Administering treatments, including fillings, extractions, and root canals
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A DDS/DMD degree from a Commission on Dental Accreditation-accredited program
  • A valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligibility for licensure
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, with guaranteed base pay in excess of $132,000 and uncapped earning potential. You will also receive:
