Job Summary
This Part-Time Retail Sales Associate role involves delivering exceptional customer service in point of sale and customer services processes while focusing on consistent execution and operational efficiency. You will deliver speed of service transactions while creating a compelling customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and properly handle different methods of payment.
  • Point of Sale: Accurately and efficiently execute point of sale and customer service standards based on company guidelines providing courteous, friendly, fast and efficient service.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed individual sales goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
  • Inventory Management: Support inventory accuracy through accurate completion of all required point of sale and merchandise disposition practices.
  • Training and Development: Support the training process for new hires on the service team, including teaching process best practices, proper point of sale procedures, using available tools and resources while meeting Kohl's brand standards.
  • Daily Operations: Participate in daily service processes (e.g., register and cash balancing, change orders, replenish supplies).

All associate roles at Kohl's are responsible for:
