About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients. As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Executing M&A, equity, and debt financings, and restructuring transactions
- Preparing pitch books, live deal materials, and financial analyses
- Developing client relationships through deal execution and pitching
- Participating in due diligence sessions and analyzing business plans
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- At least one year of Investment Banking experience
- Financial modeling coursework, training, or experience
- Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously
