Position Summary: The Residential Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home environment. This position involves providing training in self-care and daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remain alert and actively monitor the environment and individuals during shifts.
- Deliver personalized care in accordance with each individual's Life Plan or Individual Support Plan (ISP).
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.
- Document and communicate relevant information regarding behaviors, health, nutrition, and other clinical matters to support treatment planning.

Qualifications:
