We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Advanced Recovery Systems. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring detoxification processes, and implementing medical protocols as ordered.
- Collaborate with medical personnel to assess patient needs, determine urgency, and expedite treatment.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records in accordance with licensure standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance nursing skills and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in behavioral health or addiction recovery.
- Competitive hourly rate of $36.00, based on experience.
- Night shift differential of $4.00 per hour.
- Paid time off, including up to three weeks per year, with accrual beginning on Day 1 of employment.
