Aerospace MRO Sales Director

Hartzell Propeller is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our MRO sales and business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our business base, creating strategic plans, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities in collaboration with our sales leadership and site leadership.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to align our MRO businesses with a unified vision.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform pricing recommendations and value propositions.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic planning.
- Develop projections of future sales performance based on historical data, market trends, and business conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience selling FAR145 services.
- Strong understanding of maintenance, repair, and overhaul in the Aerospace industry.
- Working knowledge of salesforce for pipeline development, tracking, forecasting, and customer relationship management.
- Build strategic working relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Drive results-oriented behavior, with a focus on meeting goals and delivering high-quality results.
- Adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and organizational changes.
- Demonstrate negotiation and influence skills, with the ability to establish value propositions and identify customer core needs.
