Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work in a skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and possess a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patients' goals and needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current Texas OT license
- CPR/BLS certification
- NPI number
- Ability to lift up to 50-100 pounds
Aureus Medical Group - Therapy offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- An estimated weekly payment range of $1,926-$2,046
- A taxable income range of $680-$800 per week
- An hourly rate range of $17-$20 per hour (assuming an 8-hour shift)
- A non-taxable stipend of approximately $1,246 per week (subject to eligibility and seasonal/annual adjustments)
