Job Description

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dance Instructor to join our team of professionals. As a Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching private and group dance classes to students of all ages and skill levels.

About the Role:

  • Teach dance classes to students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of students.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their dance skills.
  • Work closely with other instructors and staff to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Participate in studio events and competitions as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience teaching dance.
  • Strong knowledge of ballroom dance techniques and styles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including evenings and weekends.
