We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Dance Instructor to join our team at Fred Astaire Dance Studios. As a Dance Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your love of dance with students of all ages and skill levels, while also developing your own skills and expertise.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dance enthusiast to turn their passion into a career. As a Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching group and private dance classes, as well as participating in studio events and competitions. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students, from beginners to advanced dancers, and will be supported by a team of experienced instructors and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach group and private dance classes to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans
  • Participate in studio events and competitions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to achieve studio goals
Requirements
  • Passion for dance and a strong desire to share that passion with others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong physical fitness and endurance levels
