Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care, including assessment, intervention, education, and planning.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Supervise and mentor new staff nurses, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Registered Nurse licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • BSN completed, or attained within 3 years of hire.
  • Specialty certification preferred.
  • IV skills and BLS certification required.
  • ACLS in specialty areas (L&D, ED, ICU, PACU, ACU, CVC) required within 6 months.
