Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in various settings, working collaboratively with healthcare teams to create effective patient care plans, and ensuring accurate patient record-keeping in line with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive patient care in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide patient treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to create effective patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
  • Ensure accurate patient record-keeping, including documenting patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
  • Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions, including calling for emergency services if necessary.
  • Adhere to safety and infection control standards, including proper hand hygiene, use of personal protective equipment, and disposal of biohazardous waste.
Qualifications:
  • Current Pennsylvania RN license.
  • BSN degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, with a strong preference for those with experience in specialized units.
  • BLS and ACLS certification required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
