We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with existing clients, research new business opportunities, and supervise a small team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing efforts.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Train and develop new team members on our sales systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting on sales activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
