Supply Chain Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Associate to join our team at CarMax. As a Supply Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Execute daily inventory tasks, including receiving and shipping vehicles, scanning inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities with the team, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
- Perform lot maintenance and security tasks, ensuring the display areas and work-in-progress zones are clean and organized.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Current driver's license and ability to safely lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
This role requires working in an outdoor environment, with occasional exposure to inclement weather conditions. You will be required to wear CarMax clothing and follow all company policies, including Attendance, Asset Protection, Integrity, TAWR, and Standards of Professional Appearance.
